This outdoor market was in need of refinishing work on all of it's benches and tables. The stain had been weathered off in some instances while the beginning stages of rot were seen in others. Two picnic tables were beyond repair so newly constructed fir slab and cedar log ones replaced them.

An aged covered pavilion required refinishing and constructive work, as many knee braces and horizontal braces were missing and two posts along with one sill plate were rotted. A two foot cedar low wall was built around the back side as a wind break. The process involved sanding, sawing, buffing, and pressure washing.

A water-based hickory coloured stain was used along with a final clear topcoat application.
